 TCPS is based in Midland and serves clients throughout Midland and surrounding Permian Basin communities. Mobile service outside Midland is subject to availability and may include a travel fee. Call or text if you’re unsure whether your location is covered. 

 Bring the document to be notarized and a current, acceptable form of identification. Do not sign the document beforehand if the notarization requires the signature to be witnessed. If you’re unsure what identification or witnesses may be required, contact TCPS before your appointment. 

 Yes, after-hours mobile notary service may be available by appointment. Availability varies, so call or text 432-777-2122 if you need an evening, early-morning, weekend, or urgent appointment. After-hours appointments cannot always be scheduled online. 

 Travel fees may apply based on the appointment location and distance from Midland. Any applicable travel fee will be discussed before the appointment is confirmed so you know the expected cost in advance. 

 TCPS primarily works with QuickBooks Online and can also assist with Excel-based records and reports. Services may include setup, cleanup, organization, reconciliation, invoicing workflows, and ongoing bookkeeping support. 

 Yes. TCPS prepares individual and small-business tax returns, including sole proprietors and single-member LLCs. Virtual and mobile in-person appointments are available. We’ll also explain how to provide tax documents securely. 

  Pricing depends on the service and the amount or complexity of work involved. We provide an estimate or explain the expected fee before work begins, and we’ll discuss any additional charges before adding them. 

  Please do not send tax documents, Social Security numbers, bank information, passwords, or other sensitive information through the website contact form or regular email. TCPS will provide a secure method when confidential documents are needed.

    Yes. TCPS provides practical business setup and administrative support, including applying for an LLC, EIN applications, sales-tax registration when applicable, bookkeeping and invoicing setup, record organization, and workflow support. We do not provide legal services and will recommend an appropriate licensed professional when needed.
