Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all services. Inaccurate or incomplete data may affect the quality or legality of results.
Payment for services is due as specified at the time of booking or upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of professional services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.
Notary services are performed in accordance with applicable Texas notary laws and requirements.
Tax preparation services are based on the information and documentation provided by the client and applicable federal and state tax law. TCPS cannot guarantee a particular refund, tax liability, or other tax outcome.
Bookkeeping services are intended to organize and maintain financial records based on information provided by the client. These services do not constitute an audit, review, or other assurance engagement.
Business setup, consulting, and administrative support are provided as practical business assistance and general guidance. TCPS is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. When a matter requires an attorney, CPA, insurance professional, or other licensed specialist, clients may be encouraged to consult the appropriate professional.
Tall City Professional Services takes reasonable steps to protect client information and documents. Information is used and disclosed only as necessary to provide requested services, operate the business, comply with legal or regulatory requirements, or as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy. Confidential information will not be shared with unrelated third parties for marketing or other unrelated purposes without authorization.
Tall City Professional Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, including reliance on data or advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

At Tall City Professional Services, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality professional services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and personalized service, our refunds policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness.
Tall City Professional Services provides professional services that involve reserved appointment time, preparation, research, and individualized work. Fees for services already performed are generally not refundable.
If a service is canceled before work begins, any refund, credit, or adjustment will be considered based on the circumstances, including work already completed, time reserved, and any expenses incurred.
Payment is generally due at the time services are provided. Once a notarization or signing appointment has been completed, fees for services performed are not refundable.
If an error attributable to Tall City Professional Services requires correction, we will work with the client to correct the issue without charging again for the same service.
Tax preparation fees reflect the time, complexity, research, preparation, and review involved in the return. If a client chooses to discontinue services after preparation has begun, Tall City Professional Services may retain or charge a reasonable amount for work already completed.
Refunds, credits, or adjustments for unused services may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Bookkeeping fees cover professional time and services performed during the applicable service period. If services are discontinued, future billing will stop according to the applicable service agreement.
Any refund or credit for prepaid but unused services will be considered based on the work already completed and the circumstances of the cancellation.
We understand that schedules change. Clients are asked to provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in Tall City Professional Services requiring a deposit or prepayment before reserving future appointment time. Any such requirement will be explained before the appointment is scheduled.
We are happy to reschedule appointments when circumstances change. Please provide as much notice as possible so reserved appointment time can be made available to another client. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may affect future scheduling availability.
If a situation arises that you believe warrants a refund, credit, or adjustment, please contact us directly. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
