3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for all services. Inaccurate or incomplete data may affect the quality or legality of results.

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment for services is due as specified at the time of booking or upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Due to the nature of professional services, fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Professional Standards

Notary services are performed in compliance with Texas Notary Law.
Tax preparation and bookkeeping services are performed according to applicable IRS and financial reporting regulations.
Consulting advice is based on experience and general business principles; it does not constitute legal or financial advice.

6. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality with all client information and documents. No information will be shared without your written consent unless required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

Tall City Professional Services is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services, including reliance on data or advice. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Midland County, Texas.

Return and Refund Policy

At Tall City Professional Services, we value your trust and are committed to providing high-quality professional services. Because our work involves time, expertise, and personalized service, our refunds policy is outlined below to ensure clarity and fairness.

General Policy

All service fees are non-refundable once work has begun or a session has been completed.

Notary Services

Payment is due at the time of service.
No refunds can be issued after a notarial act has been completed, as notarial services cannot legally be reversed.
If an error occurs on our part, we will correct the issue at no additional charge.

Tax Preparation Services

Once tax documents have been reviewed and work has started, fees are non-refundable.
If the return has not yet been filed and no work has started, cancellation may be granted minus a $25 administrative fee.
If a correction is required due to an error on our part, the correction will be made at no cost to you.

Bookkeeping Services

Monthly bookkeeping service fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month’s work has begun.
If a service package is canceled before the next billing cycle, no additional charges will be incurred.

Consulting & Business Support

Consulting sessions are refundable only if canceled 24 hours in advance.
Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

Exceptions

If a situation arises that you believe warrants a refund or adjustment, please contact us directly. We review exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
