Loan Closing

Buyer/Seller - fee includes certificate, signatures, seals, and drop off to local office.
Printing of electronic documents
$25
Includes printing of up to 200 pages (also charged if documents were printed prior to cancellation less than 2 hours prior to appointment start time.)
After-hours fee
$40
Requested appointments outside of regular office hours (9am-5pm M-F) will include an after-hours fee
Rush Service fee
$40
Services requested with less than 2 hours prior to appointment time will incur a fee for rush services
Travel Fee
$1.10
$1.10 per mile (20 miles are included at no additional cost)
Cancellation Fee
$25
Appointments cancelled less than 2 hours prior to appointment start time will be charged a cancellation fee.
